If you’re not catching Nyx tonight (and really, why wouldn’t you ? All credit to those ladies, because they’re apparently rolling rain or shine, and it looks likely the weather will skew wet), tune onto the Science channel on Discovery at 9pm. Tonight’s episode of Strip the City – a show that uses semi-cheesy computer graphics and almost as cheesy narration to provide in-depth cross sections of neighborhoods, biomes, buildings, bodies and more – focuses on the Superdome. In this case, when the Strippers of Strip the City (ha ha) bring em to the dome, they’ll focus less on pass protection and more on the guts and girders that provide hurricane protection, not just within the Saints’ home field but all across South Louisiana. No word on if the producer swill attempt to explain the great Superbowl Blackout of 2013, but to be fair, you can peel away all the layers of building in the world and not find stupid.
